The latest Storm Tracker Forecast from meteorologist Matt Mackie:
Fronts passing through this morning have brought rounds of relatively steady rain, but a lingering area of low pressure moving across the Great Lakes will keep us unsettled for days to come.

Showers look steadiest this morning, becoming more “on-and-off” in the mid to late afternoon. High temperatures will peak near average values, around 60 in the Capital District.

Tonight looks cloudy and a few degrees above normal. Expect low 40’s for most, with highs in the mid to upper 30’s in the high terrain.

More spotty showers will develop tomorrow morning north and west of the Capital District. The whole area could see a few of those patchy areas of light rain by the afternoon.

Another day of low end shower chances Friday, then finally drying out on Saturday with partly cloudy skies.

Even with more consistently sunny skies overhead for Sunday and the following work week, temperatures wind up on the cool side, with morning lows in the 30’s and afternoon highs in the low to mid 50’s.
