Father arrested in death of 2-year-old son swept away by Southern California floodwaters

Last month, 2-year-old Xavier Padilla-Aguilera, who had autism, was found dead after he was swept away by Southern California floodwaters while in the car with his 26-year-old father. Now the father has been arrested for the death.
