AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) — St. Mary’s Healthcare has announced plans to “exit the long-term care business.” The president of St. Mary’s said they have come to a preliminary agreement with a future owner of the Wilkinson Residential Health Care facility.
Current employees will be able to continue in their current positions, and residents will be able to remain there and receive care from the team they already know.
Details about the potential new management have not been made public.
