CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) – MochaLisa’s Caffè & Books is located in Clifton Park Center. The coffee shop and bookstore has been become a meeting place for the community over time. Now, it’s gaining attention for its new “Stars Hollow”-inspired seasonal menu.
MochaLisa’s has been in operation for around 18 years. In 2022, a group of friends in Clifton Park became the third owners of the business after they didn’t want to see their favorite coffee shop close its doors. Now, the group is getting creative to keep the place attracting new customers.
For fall, they rolled out a new menu dedicated to the “Gilmore Girls.” On the menu, you’ll find drinks named after characters and references from the show. The latte flight, devoted to Rory’s love interests, is becoming a fan-favorite.
