New Jersey woman arrested on assault charge in Queensbury

QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Union City, New Jersey woman was arrested after allegedly stabbing someone with a kitchen knife in Queensbury. Andrea DePass, 30, was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

The Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to La Quinta Inn and Suites in Queensbury on Sunday at around 8:34 a.m. for reports of a stabbing and reported finding the victim with minor injuries. The victim was treated on scene by EMS and DePass was taken to the Washington County Correctional Facility where she is being held following arraignment.
