Samsung Galaxy XR Headset Launched With Hand Tracking, Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 SoC: Price, Specifications

Samsung Galaxy XR headset, the first virtual reality (VR) headset from the company, was launched on Wednesday. The Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 chipset-powered headset was unveiled during the October 2025 Galaxy event. It is currently on sale in South Korea and the US in a single Silver Shadow colourway via the company’s online store. It features hand tracking and eye tracking with the help of a suite of sensors placed on the inside and outside the headset. It gets a headband, too.
