SEPTA’s safety issues stem from mismanagement, U.S. transportation secretary says

U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says management problems are to blame for SEPTA’s safety issues. The transit authority is inspecting its Silverliner IV cars after five caught fire earlier this year.
