WILTON, N.Y. (NEWS10)– A Stillwater man was arrested on Friday after an investigation into a sexual assault that reportedly happened in May. According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, Devin Brown, 26, is facing multiple charges.
According to the sheriff’s office, on August 14 investigators received a sex abuse complaint stemming from an incident in May. Deputies said Brown is accused of raping a minor and sending sexual messages to a minor on a messaging app.
On Friday, Brown was charged with first degree disseminating indecent material to minors, third degree rape, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Brown was arraigned in the Wilton Town Court. He was then remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further court proceeding.
