We’re highlighting conversations from MinnPost Festival 2025, including one between Rep. Dave Baker, R-Willmar, and Rep. Mary Frances Clardy, DFL-Inver Grove Heights. The pair recently participated the Minnesota Legislative Exchange, a first-in-the-nation effort to build trust and bipartisan relationships in state legislatures. The program is run by the Citizens League, and its director, Jake Loesch, moderated the discussion.
