Prime Minister Narendra Modi continued his annual tradition by celebrating Diwali with Indian Navy personnel onboard INS Vikrant off the coasts of Goa and Karwar, Karnataka. Addressing the sailors, he called it an “amazing day” and expressed gratitude for sharing the festival of lights with the country’s brave defenders.
