Miami Dolphins outlook after cutting Defensive Lineman Teair Tart, his second release since December. Tart was signed in April, but will not be on the roster and head to free agency. Tart is the third DL to depart this offseason, as Christin Wilkins and Raekwon Davis signed with other teams. Tennessee will use a combination of Calais Campbell, Zach Seiler, Da’Shawn Hand, and others on the D-Line.
