CHP issues alert for missing teen last seen in Benicia

(BCN) — The California Highway Patrol issued an endangered missing advisory for a 16-year-old boy last seen Thursday evening in Benicia, according to authorities.

The teen, identified as Sir Reed, was last seen around 5:28 p.m. near South Hampton Road and Panorama Drive in Benicia. He is believed to be on foot.

Reed is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored beanie, a white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white, red and black shoes, the CHP said.

Anyone who sees Reed or has information about his whereabouts is urged to call 911 immediately.
