When people talk about the Green Bay Packers‘ offense, Josh Jacobs and Jordan Love are usually the first names that come to mind.
Others gush about Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, or even Matthew Golden, and rightfully so.
Nevertheless, they also have an unsung hero in Tucker Kraft.
The young tight end has become a pivotal piece in Matt LaFleur’s finely-tuned offense, and his chemistry with his quarterback is more than evident.
Considering that, it’s not much of a surprise to hear Jordan Love rave about him:
“Anytime you can get Tuck the ball, good things happen,” Love said of Kraft.

So far, Kraft has hauled in 16 of his 20 targets.
He’s up to 225 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns.
Kraft is a master at piling up yards after the catch, not to mention a perennial threat in the endzone.
He had already shown he was capable of being a reliable pass-catcher last season, and he’s clearly taking things up a notch this time around.
On top of that, he’s also a willing blocker in both the passing and the running game, even though that doesn’t show up on the stat sheet.
The Packers have put together one of the most stacked offenses in the entire National Football League.
Perhaps the most important thing about it is that this group is mostly signed to rookie contracts, so they will only continue to get better with time.
Of course, that also means they will ultimately have to choose who to extend and who to move on from.
But with the way he’s played, Kraft is a safe bet to stick around for the long run.
