Everyone will be paying close attention to Victor Wembanyama of the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night.
Wembanyama has been very busy during the summer, and he could show the fans something special.
Kevin Garnett has spent a good deal of time with Wembanyama lately, and he loves what he sees from him.
In fact, he believes the Spurs star looks a lot like a mix of him and Shaquille O’Neal.
“He’s changing the way we look at the five position. He’s changing the way we’re looking at the post position. Victor is bringing a different level of guard/small forward to the big man position. He’s mixing finesse and force at the same time. Have you seen him in the preseason? He looks like KD and Shaq mixed together. He looks like Shaq and KD!” Garnett said.

Spurs fans were elated when they witnessed Wembanyama and Garnett linking up during the offseason.
Wembanyama obviously already has so much talent, but he could learn a lot from Garnett, especially when it comes to attitude and on-court determination and drive.
During his few preseason games, it looked like Wembanyama had taken notes from Garnett and was playing with more aggression and physicality.
That could be just what the Spurs need, and it might bring Wembanyama to his next level.
Wembanyama is one of the largest players in the league, but he isn’t intending to play like a typical center.
Instead, he wants to do a bit of everything and excel in every position and take on every role.
Wednesday night will show how Wembanyama has taken everything he’s learned from Garnett and others and how he’s translating it into on-court power.
