Pedestrian injured after car crashes into gas station storefront

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A male pedestrian was injured shortly before noon on Friday after a vehicle struck the pedestrian and pinned him against the door of the Seneca One Stop storefront in downtown Buffalo, a Buffalo Police spokesperson said.

The man was conscious and alert but taken by ambulance to the Erie County Medical Center for serious leg injuries, officials said. The female driver was arrested for allegedly driving while impaired by drugs, police said.
