Realme Will Try to Absorb Increased Cost of Components Ahead of Upcoming Product Launches, Executive Says

Realme GT 8 Pro is set to launch in India this month. Ahead of its launch, Realme’s Francis Wong has published an article on X (formerly Twitter), assuring Indian consumers that the company will try to absorb the increased prices of memory and storage devices and not pass on the costs to the cusotmers. This comes after several reports highlighted that critical smarpthone components are being redirected for artificial intelligence (AI) data centers and cloud computing.
