BURNT HILLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Ballston woman is in custody and accused of running a massage parlor without a license and prostitution. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office said Xianju Wang, 58, is charged with unauthorized practice of a profession and prostitution.
With the Department of Homeland Security’s help, deputies arrested Wang on October 17, and she is accused of operating 772 BH Spa on Lake Hill Road in Ballston without a license. Additionally, law enforcement said Wang allegedly engaged in sexual contact in return for a fee.
Deputies with the sheriff’s office said the investigation remains ongoing. Wang was released with appearance tickets for Ballston Town Court on a later date.
