YONKERS, N.Y. (NEWS10) — New York State agencies are reminding New Yorkers of Move Over Laws, saying it could save lives.
The NYS Thruway Authority said a Thruway attenuator truck was hit on I-87 in Yonkers last week. No workers were injured, and the driver suffered minor injuries.
The driver was ticketed for speeding, unsafe lane change, and driving with cell phone.
The Thruway Authority said to slow down, be alert, and follow Move Over laws.
