TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A Troy man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly having child sex abuse images. Jeremy Wrobel, 37, was charged with promoting and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
The New York State Police began investigating Wrobel after getting a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. He was arrested after a search warrant execution at his Troy home on October 16.
Wrobel was arraigned in Troy City Court and then released under the Rensselaer County Probation Department’s supervision.
